In 1988, Aspen initiated its service delivery process with one lone division - Aspen Temporaries. Today, Aspen has expanded its service offering and now provides highly specialized recruitment, assessment, placement, training, and retention services through a multitude of highly effective divisions.

Aspen Group, a firm that remains on the cutting-edge in the field of human resources management and staffing, has consistently provided managed services since our first onsite contract with the Department of Treasury, Bureau of Printing and Engraving in 1993. The Aspen Group, through its Managed Services Division, offers three unique sets of services - Facilities Management, Vendor Managed Services, and On-Site Services to our clients.

The use of vendors to expand service capabilities is common across numerous industries. Professional Staffing Unit

Whether oursourced, leased, part-time permanent, or other personnel relationships are required by a client, the Aspen Professional Staffing Group will recruit, assess, and select marketing researchers, contract specialists, public relations personnel, employment counselors, management analysts, human resource managers and other professional staff.

Finance and Account Staffing Unit

This unit specializes in identifying financial managers, cost accountants, nonprofit accountants, and other highly credentialed staff in the areas of finance and accounting. Aspen provides comprehensive background checks and fingerprintng for all assignments made through this particular unit.
